Anti-Mold Soap

Anti-Mold Soap is a mold cleaner, wood cleaner and restorer, kitchen cleaner, bathroom cleaner, vinyl siding cleaner and roof cleaner (cleaning agent) that plates out to any surface providing sustainable protection from viruses, bacteria, and mold/mildew/algae . You can clean your home with Anti Mold soap to get rid of the problems associated with mold/mildew/algae and bacteria and then prevent it from returning because of it's ability to provide sustainable protection. It is the first step in both our Exterior Wood Restoration and Protection System to restore exterior wood as well as our Roof Protection System. Monolaurin (key ingredient in anti mold soap) can be deposited on to any surface over a very wide pH range of 2.5 to 12.5 without any difficulty.

This home was so discolored with black mold the owners thought the cedar siding would have to be replaced. A US Coating Solutions contractor decided to try our Anti Mold Soap to clean it before going through the expense of tearing it all off and replacing it. To Provide a Mold/Mildew/Algae/Bacteria Free Home

Anti Mold Soap can be used as a roof cleaner to remediate mold, clean mold and protect your roof. See our Roof Protection Page. If this is not accomplished, rain will deliver mold/mildew to your sidewalks, driveways, decks, walls, etc. which will then be brought into your home. You can use our roof protection system to accomplish this.
Remediate, restore and protect your exterior wood siding with Anti Mold Soap. The same problem will exist if this is not done allowing mold/mildew to be brought into your home after being deposited on exterior walkways.
Clean and protect your vinyl siding from mold/mildew/bacteria. Anti Mold Soap will keep you siding clean longer than other cleaning methods requiring less maintenance and an almost new appearance.
Wash exterior and interior glass with Anti Mold soap. The Anti Mold soap will plate to the glass, keep it clean longer and prevent it from steaming up. When it steams up again, it is time to rewash the glass. It is sustainable, but will wash away eventually with moisture (the less moisture, the longer it lasts).
Clean the interior surfaces of your home with Anti Mold soap. Your bathroom mirror will tell you when to use Anti Mold soap again when it fogs up (approximately 2 to 3 weeks). Use twice a month on floors that you mop and spray and rake into carpeting approximately once a year. Spray on fabrics (bedding, draperies, chairs, etc. approximately once a year. In the kitchen use Microbes Clean (see our Microbes Clean Page) to remediate grease and oils before using the Anti Mold soap so you can eat off the countertops without worry of bacteria.

Finally, our Anti-Mold soap cleaning system is mild and gentle to humans and pets, while providing protection from recurring mold, mildew, and fungus. The cleaning system does not discolor any surface. It is fully biodegradable and has no known impact on any environment in which it might be used.
