| Ex-Coat contains a highly sophisticated cross-linking system. In conjunction with Multi-Prime, nano particles cross-link with the substrate creating a tenacous bond that is permanent resulting in a coating that cannot peel. The entanglement of the chain polymers results in a three dimensional molecule substantially increasing the molecular weight, resulting in a much more durable coating. It is an ambient cross-linking system that is air, UV and moisture curing. This is the basis for our “Continuous Film Technology” wrapping the surface to protect it and actually becoming part of the substrate forming a tenacious bond that will not allow it to peel as opposed to a surface coating. |
