Ex-Coat is a one-part elastomeric self cross-linking latex copolymer emulsion that is air and UV curing. In the engineering process, urethane molecules are grafted into acrylic molecules creating strength, durability and virtually maintenance free exteriors. CLP Ex-Coat is highly chemical resistant, waterproof, acid rain resistant, protects from mold/mildew/algae/bacteria, and will not chip, peel, crack, or chalk.
