US Coating Solutions' roof protection systems are
designed to remediate mold/mildew/algae, get rid of unsightly stains
and provide protection for 5 years (lifetime protection w/maintenance
contract). It is a two step process for a 5 year roof protection
system using new high-tech products that provide remediation and
durability that will extend the life of your roof and protect you
and your home from the damages caused by mold/mildew. Mold/Mildew/Bacteria
on your roof will be washed down to your exterior walls and walkways
by rain and be brought into your home. It is a critical step in
maintaining a healthy environment for your family. This system has
been improved in 2008 using new technology to maximize our UV system
and Anti-Microbial System. The costs for this technology have been
substantially reduced making this a very inexpensive solution for
lifeime protection of your roof.
The first step is to clean your roof with Anti-Mold
Soap. Mix 1 quart of Anti-Mold Soap with 5 gallons of water (it
is a concentrate) and wet the roof (approximately 2000 sq/ft) allowing
the anti-mold soap to work for approximately 1 hour and then power
wash (it might be necessary to brush difficult areas with a stiff
bristle broom brush if the roof has been neglected). Anti-Mold Soap
is a mold inhibiting system that contains an anti-viral, anti-bacterial
and fungicidal wax (Mono-Laurin). It will not kill plants, stain
fabrics or have any harmful effect on the environment (unlike bleach).
It will remediate the problem, not just get rid of the ugly stains

5 Year Roof Protection
The second step is to apply CLP Multi-Prime at the
rate of 300 sq ft/gallon. CLP Multi-Prime is comes in concentrate
form covering 1200 sq ft/gallon after mixing 3 parts water to one
part CLP Multi-Prime and applying at the rate of 300 sq ft/gallon
(makes 4 gallons) a. CLP Multi-Prime contains the highest level
of anti-microbial protection available that is sustainable over
the life of the prime. It also UV resistant and provides protection
from acid rain. It is water repellant and very cost effective. It
will keep your roof looking great and extend the life of the roof
by preventing deterioration from mold and bacteria as well as help
keep the granules in place. It will help keep tile roofs from fading
keeping the tile looking new.
