US Coating Solutions' products are all based on the benefits derived from cross-linking the highest quality materials to manufacture the most durable products. Cross-linked polymerization increases the molecular weight by the resulting formation of a three dimensional molecule from the entanglement of the chain polymers reacting with each other.. It is an ambient cross-linking process that is air, UV and moisture curing. US Coating Solutions cross-linking system is a three part process :

We cross-link the materials in each coating with each other.
The prime cross-links with the substrate forming an interior protective barrier, becoming part of the substrate and forming a tenacious chemical bond that results in a coating that cannot peel.
The coatings and sealants cross-link with the prime and the substrate to form a seamless coating. It is like wrapping the surface in saran wrap to protect it, but beyond that, the coating actually becomes part of the surface to which it is applied.
