US Coating Solutions’ Elastomeric Paint
(CLP Ex-Coat) is an Elastomeric Acrylic Paint with 22%
urethane, making it a Urethane Paint as well. It contains
the highest quality ingredients and technology designed to be the
best paint in the country. CLP Ex-Coat has been updated in 2008
to take advantage of the latest nano technology combined with our
cross-linking system, to form a tenacious bond with the substrate,
resulting in a permanent coating. CLP Ex-Coat is a one-part elastomeric
self cross-linking latex copolymer emulsion that is air and UV curing.
In the engineering process, urethane molecules are grafted into
acrylic molecules creating strength, durability and virtually maintenance
free exteriors. CLP Ex-Coat is highly chemical resistant, waterproof,
acid rain resistant, provides permanent protection from mold/mildew/algae/bacteria,
and will not chip, peel, crack, or chalk.
CLP Ex-Coat is breathable, very elastic and will last a lifetime

in an elastomeric coating that is almost rubber, incredibly

22% Urethane Elastomeric Coating: CLP Ex-Coat (urethane
paint) is 22% water-based urethane which is unique to our products. The
addition of water-based urethane provides a much more durable
elastomeric paint that is flexible and tough. Urethane paint
(CLP Ex-Coat) provides a washable surface that will stand up
for many years maintaining a great appearance and allowing us
to provide a lifetime guarantee (25 years) so you will never
paint again.

Complete, Tested, Maximum UV Protection: US Coating
Solutions’ Ex-Coat (elastomeric urethane paint) has the most
sophisticated long term UV protection available in the market
today. High quality silica and titanium dioxide fillers provide
super light reflectivity and chemical resistance. We expand
our unique system to disperse the energy from the UV rays severely
limiting the damage the UV rays can cause.

Micro-Spheres: CLP Ex-Coat now contains 5% micro-spheres.
This has some unique properties that are beneficial in increasing
durability, impact resistance and ease of application (it flows
smoother). The micro spheres work in a pure acrylic resin at
5% to improve the coating properties.

Curing Process: US Coating Solutions’ curing process
is a very high-tech system that works in a number of different
stages over a long period of time resulting in a paint that
retains it’s flexibility, is incredibly hard but not brittle,
is chemical, solvent, and dirt resistant, and is less sensitive
to temperature change. This allows us to guarantee the product
for 25 years in Alaska as well as Florida.

We have updated the anti-microbial package in 2008 so it is

- Cross-Linking System with Nano Technology: CLP Ex-Coat
contains a highly sophisticated cross-linking system. In conjunction
with CLP Multi-Prime, nano particles cross-link with the substrate
creating a tenacious bond that is permanent resulting in a coating
that cannot peel. The entanglement of the chain polymers results
in a three dimensional molecule substantially increasing the molecular
weight, resulting in a much more durable coating. It is an ambient
cross-linking system that is air, UV and moisture curing. This
is the basis for our “Continuous Film Technology” wrapping the
surface to protect it and actually becoming part of the substrate
forming a tenacious bond that will not allow it to peel as opposed
to a surface coating. Nano resins encapsulate the color pigments
more efficiently, combined with our UV protection package, the
color will look great much longer. The color pigments saturate
deeper into the substrate creating a more permanent cross-link
that cannot peel or flake. This results in a beautiful coating
that will not only last but look great for many years.

CLP Ex-Coat Applied with Texture
Will not crack like stucco, is
anti-microbial and a lot less expensive
CLP Ex-Coat can also be applied with a hopper creating
a textured stucco look. This is a very durable coating that will
not crack, caulk or chip away. It will also provide sustainable
protection from mold/mildew and bacteria. CLP Ex-Coat applied with
this method provides a textured stucco-like appearance without all
the problems associated with stucco. This works on concrete that
is deteriorating because CLP Multi-Poly restores the concrete to
it's original hardness. You can choose from different textures to
