Crete-Coat
US Coating Solutions' 100% Acrylic Driveway &
Floor Coating is a specially formulated coating specifically designed
for use on a variety concrete substrates, such as walkways, patios
and even driveways. Its special formulation provides excellent durability,
superior fade resistance and a smooth low sheen finish that resists
cracking, peeling and chipping. It applies easily, may be applied
to previously painted surfaces, properly primed metal surfaces and
even surface areas that have been previously coated with a concrete
stain. It has excellent weatherabiity, and may be applied to both
fresh and fully cured concrete surfaces. MILDEW RESISTANT - This
coating contains agents that inhibit the growth of mildew on the
surface of the film. FOR INTERIOR & EXTERIOR USES! Crete-Coat
is available with Grip for areas where additional non-slip protection
is desired like pool decks.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Crete-Coat Acrylic Driveway & Floor Coating may be easily applied
with a quality brush, roller, or airless spray equipment. For best
results, it is recommended to apply with a brush and/or roller cover.
Apply in sections only. If applying with a brush, apply a smooth
and generous coat application on/in small surface areas, such as
cutting-in larger surface areas or applying to step areas and trimming-out
surface areas. If applying with a roller cover, it is recommended
to use a minimum 3/8" - 3/4" nap roller cover. Apply an
even and generous coat application in an "M" or crisscross
motion, avoiding any excessive re-spreading or reworking. Always
maintain a wet edge by brushing/rolling into previously coated surface
area. If applying with an airless sprayer, it is recommended to
use a unit with a minimum of 2000 psi of pressure with a 0.0 15
- 0.0 19 fluid spray tip. During spray application, the surface
area should be back-rolled to ensure an even coat application and
proper adhesion. Avoid paint application outside when weather conditions
are threatening, or late in the afternoon when there is a threat
of moisture condensing on wet paint. Apply when surface and ambient
temperatures are above 55° F. and below 90° F.

Flex-Clear Urethane
Flex-Clear Urethane is our premium two component water
based, low VOC, water reducible, non yellowing, aliphatic polyurethane
coating designed for interior and exterior applications. It is a
UV and chemical-resistant flexible urethane that is available in
gloss, semi-gloss and matte bases in a variety of colors as well
as crystal clear.
Flex-Clear Urethane is equal or superior to solvent-based two component
urethanes, yet is virtually odorless and earth friendly.
Flex-Clear Urethane is a unique coating that can be applied directly
to most substrates without the aid of a primer and even tile with
Adhesion Pro Additive. Flex-Clear Urethane produces an extremely
durable finish that offers superior color and gloss retention. It
provides exceptional performance designed for a wide range of demanding
applications such as garage floors, chemical plants, refineries,
structural steel, decorative floor coatings and other industrial
applications. We recommend using it as the top coat with Quartz
Crystal Systems, Play Sand Systems, or Terrazzo Chip Systems for
pool decks, patios, garage floor, driveways, sidewalks, etc. where
a textured non-slip surface is desired. It is the recommended solution
as the topcoat to prevent damage from hot tires (clear).
Quartz Crystal and Terrazzo Flake Coating Systems
US Coating Solutions' concrete coating system for
a high tech terrazzo flake or a quartz crystal floor is extremely
durable with color combinations that are only limited by the imagination.
Flex-Clear Urethane applied at manufacturing plants
and garage
Flex-Clear Urethane has the added advantage of being
applied directly to many substrates without the aid of a primer.
It achieves superior adhesion directly to aluminum, carbon steel
and galvanized metal surfaces with minimal surface prep eliminating
the need for acid etch primers, bonding primers or mechanical abrading.
For additional corrosion protection a primer is recommended. It
can be used directly on concrete floors with proper surface prep
and can be used as a clear coat for industrial floors. It can be
sprayed, rolled or brushed.
Ceramic Tile Coating System
Flex-Clear Urethane can be applied to ceramic tile
with Adhesion Pro Additive to provide a beautiful floor without
having to replace the tile. This is a very cost effective solution
to restoring tile flooring at considerable savings. Adhesion Pro
is an adhesion promoter. This product, when properly combined with
the Flex-Clear urethane produces a superior bond to ceramic surfaces
without affecting the urethanes’ ultra-durable performance
and appearance.
Benefits:
Flex-Clear Urethane with Adhesion Pro along with proper, pre-application
grout restoration or cleaning will restore tile and grout surfaces,
while providing ultra-durable, multiple-year protection against
future soiling or staining of the grout and ceramic. Chemicals
and by products, such as urine, will no longer soak into the grout.
Flex-Clear Urethane with Adhesion Pro will reduce odors and
keep the ceramic floor clean, while discouraging the growth of
mold and bacteria.
Flex-Clear Urethane provides an attractive slip coefficient
of .60 as measured by independent testing organizations.

urethanes, yet is virtually odorless and is produced in water. It

or resins and is even effective with hot tire on driveways. This

Application Procedure
Clean surface thoroughly with Anti-Mold
Soap and allow to dry before application.
Follow mixing and application instructions provided and apply
at the rate of 400 sq ft/gallon.
