Crete-Coat Concrete Coating with Multi-Seal Acrylic
Lacquer
Crete-Coat Concrete Coating has excellent penetration
into concrete and cinderblock surfaces. Crete-Coat additionally
avoids "lap" problems often associated with rolling a
coating onto a concrete surface. With excellent UV protection and
traffic resistance, the coating is excellent for concrete pool decks,
Patio's, and sidewalks and driveways. Crete-Coat contains permanent
anti-microbial protection from mold/mildew/bacteria to keep the
finish looking great. It can be tinted in over 4000 colors. It is
an extremely cost effective solution that is easily applied in two
coats at the rate of 400 sq. ft/gallon by roller.
Multi-Seal Acrylic Lacquer is an acrylic lacquer that
is delivered in a low VOC earth friendly solvent. The solvent keeps
the acrylic in a liquid form so it can penetrate Crete-Coat leaving
a thermal plastic film on the surface and cross-links with Crete-Coat
or cement creating a coating that cannot peel or flake off. It is
highly chemical resistant, UV resistant and provides a very non-slip
surface suitable for pool areas even when wet. It offers superior
toughness and hardness compared to other esters or resins and is
even effective with hot tire on driveways.

Quartz Crystal and Terrazzo Flake Coating Systems
US Coating Solutions' concrete coating system for a high tech terrazzo
flake or a quartz crystal floor is extremely durable with color
combinations that are only limited by the imagination. E-Coat (low
VOC epoxy with virtually no odor) is the base coat and top coat
for a high quality designer finish. E-Coat (Epoxy Coating) is easily
applied which reduces labor costs. It can be used without a primer
which saves product costs as well as labor. It eliminates hazardous
requirements saving administration costs and hassles because it
is an earth friendly coating with very low VOC's. E-Coat can be
used as a filler for damaged areas, eliminating the need to purchase
and stock multiple products. It comes in crystal clear (non-yellowing)
and eight commonly ready-mixed colors. The technology used allows
for making an epoxy coating that has low viscosity (98 KUs) without
using any solvents. Terrazzo Flakes or Quartz Crystals are broadcast
on the E-Coat before applying the topcoat. Flex-Clear Urethane is
used as the topcoat with quartz crystals for textured surfaces that
require UV Protection or non-slip properties outdoors like pool
decks, patios, garage floors, sidewalks, driveways, etc.

Flex-Clear Urethane
Flex-Clear Urethane is a premium two-component water
based, low VOC aliphatic polyurethane designed for interior and
exterior applications. It is a gloss UV and chemical-resistant urethane
that is produced in a variety of colors and also in a non-yellowing
clear.
Flex-Clear Urethane is equal or superior to solvent-based two component
urethanes, yet is virtually odorless and is produced in water.
Flex-Clear Urethane is a unique coating that can be applied directly
to most substrates without the aid of a primer and produces an extremely
tough finish that offers superior color and gloss retention. It
provides exceptional performance and is designed for a wide range
of demanding applications such as garage floors, chemical plants,
refineries, structural steel, decorative floor coatings and other
industrial applications. We recommend using it as the top coat with
Quartz Crystal Systems for pool decks, patios, garage floor, driveways,
sidewalks, etc. where a textured non-slip surface is desired.
Flex-Clear Urethane has the added advantage of being
applied directly to many substrates without the aid of a primer.
It achieves superior adhesion directly to aluminum, carbon steel
and galvanized metal surfaces with minimal surface prep eliminating
the need for acid etch primers, bonding primers or mechanical abrading.
For additional corrosion protection a primer is recommended. It
can be used directly on concrete floors with proper surface prep
and can be used as a clear coat for industrial floors. It can be
sprayed, rolled or brushed.

E-Coat

E-Coat is a unique high performance epoxy coating
that combines durability and high chemical resistance while maintaining
excellent flexibility. It was initially formulated for demanding
commercial and industrial floor applications and performs extremely
well. It has an extremely tough, high-gloss finish. It comes in
clear and eight commonly ready-mixed colors. The technology behind
it allows for making an epoxy coating that has low viscosity (98
KUs) without using any solvents. This is unique in epoxy coatings,
giving it self leveling properties that, along with other application
features, allows it to be applied as thin as 10 mils or as thick
as ½ " with no out-gassing. The unique characteristics
of E-Coat support its use beyond concrete floors. It can be applied
directly to metal and wood, and can be used as a primer for severe
external applications as well as quartz or terrazzo flake broadcast
systems.
The VOC level of E-Coat is almost zero (11 grams per
liter). Because it has no odor and is made without solvents or other
hazardous materials, it is a green coating that can be used safely
and effectively in all applications.

Application Procedure

Clean surface thoroughly with Anti-Mold
Soap and allow to dry before application.

Apply Multi-Seal Acrylic Lacquer
at the rate of 300 sq. ft/gallon with a 3/8 inch roller.
