E-Coat (Epoxy) is designed to save the contractor huge labor costs because of its ability to be applied in one coat up to 1/2" thick, to fill cracks and damaged areas without patching and without the need for a prime coat, and its self leveling properties. It eliminates the need to purchase and stock multiple products. It will continue to save in maintenance costs and can be repaired in small areas if needed. E-Coat eliminates hazardous requirements saving administration costs and hassles.

E-Coat (Epoxy) is a unique high performance epoxy coating that combines durability and high chemical resistance while maintaining excellent flexibility. It was initially formulated for demanding commercial and industrial floor applications and performs extremely well. It has an extremely tough, high-gloss finish. It comes in clear and eight commonly ready-mixed colors. The technology behind it allows for making an epoxy coating that has low viscosity (98 KUs) without using any solvents. This is unique in epoxy coatings, giving it self leveling properties that, along with other application features, allows it to be applied as thin as 10 mils or as thick as ½ " with no out-gassing. The unique characteristics of E-Coat (Epoxy) support its use beyond concrete floors. It can be applied directly to metal and wood, and can be used as a primer for severe external applications.

The VOC level of E-Coat (Epoxy) is almost zero (11 grams per liter). Because it has no odor and is made without solvents or other hazardous materials, it is a green coating that can be used safely and effectively in all applications.
